Blake Jones - Drive Thru Lead
Directs the execution of systems and strategies as they relate to food safety, operational excellence and the profitability of the business in the Drive Thru. Primary focus is to select and develop an elite team that executes a surprisingly fast, refreshingly clean, accurate and courteous experience for each Drive Thru customer. Works closely with the leadership team and the operator to ensure the core values of the business are promoted, communicated and upheld.

Hannah Jones - Administrative Lead
Orchestrates the internal and external communication and growth opportunities in the business. Engages community involvement through events and social media channels. Creates and implements strategies to hire and develop top tier talent. Works directly with the Operation Leads and the operator to respond to needs of the organization. Focuses on culture and efforts to include, appreciate and develop our Team and community.

Orchestrates an effective strategy to grow a culture of hospitality and service in our team. Leads a culture of CARE by responding to guests and team members, creating a positive influence through service. Works closely with Operations Directors and Shift Leads.

Leads the daily operations of the business to assure the team and the guests receive a ReMarkable experience. Shift Leaders work directly with Directors to coach and equip the team toward operational success with respect to taste, speed, order accuracy, cleanliness and attentive & courteous service.

Angela Bellini - Shift Manager - Sales
Protects and grows the Chick-fil-A brand through building brand awareness and connection in the market. This focus is activated every day in the restaurant with guests and team members. Plans, organizes and activates opportunities to improve sales through advertising, catering opportunities, community partnerships and events. Works closely with the Operations Director, Talent Director and the Operator.
